JuicyMed is committed to providing you with the best possible customer service experience. JuicyMed is bound by Privacy Amendment (Enhancing Privacy Protection) Act 2012, which amends the Privacy Act 1988 (Crh); this sets out a number of principles concerning the privacy of individuals.

We collect names, addresses, fax numbers, telephone numbers and email addresses of participants and potential participants in JuicyMed programs. We collate this information from a combination of public sources (e.g. telephone directories) and from information you give to us.
We hold this information in encrypted secure electronic databases.
We use the personal information you give us to confirm your participation in JuicyMed programs, to provide this confirmation to professional associations (with your consent), to comply with industry regulations and codes of conduct, to provide you with updates to programs, and to invite you to participate in new programs.
For some programs, we may need to collect this information to comply with taxation law.
If you do not provide all the information requested, you may not be able to fully participate in the program. This could include the inability to include the program when recording professional development activities, and the inability to receive updates to programs or advice on new programs.
Sharing of your personal information
We disclose information to other organisations only for purposes directly related to the program you are enrolled in. This includes providing confirmation of participation to professional associations (with your consent) for recording of professional development activities, and to comply with industry regulations and codes of conduct. Limited information may also be disclosed to our clients for the purpose of selecting participants to participate in specific programs.
We do not disclose information outside of the country in which the program is being conducted without your consent.
Use of your personal information
For each visitor to reach the site, we expressively collect the following non-personally identifiable information, including but not limited to browser type, version and language, operating system, pages viewed while browsing the Site, page access times and referring website address. This collected information is used solely internally for the purpose of gauging visitor traffic, trends and delivering personalized content to you while you are at this Site.
From time to time, we may use customer information for new, unanticipated uses not previously disclosed in our privacy notice. If our information practices change at some time in the future we will use for these new purposes only, data collected from the time of the policy change forward will adhere to our updated practices.
